It is not unusual to see a sign on the front desk that the pool is closed when traveling in the winter time so we didn't think much about it. Except this pool was closed by the Illinois Dept. of Health. Made me wonder about the rest of the hotel. Our king room (132) was clean with a mini fridge,... More

Please accept our sincere apologies for the closed pool. We are glad to inform you that the problem has been resolved & the pool is open now. We had equipment parts issue & had to wait for the order & installation. As the pool was not functioning properly, it was important for us to keep it closed for the safety... More

I often choose this chain because the standard is usually good. This hotel is not up to the usual standard. The welcome is basic - not the usual comfortable lounge area with some cookies or fruit when you arrive. Dinner options are limited. You can drive over the highway for regular fare. There is one (Mexican) restaurant within walking distance... More

First of all, I'm pretty laid back about hotel accomodations and simply just need a clean place to sleep when traveling so I made my initial reservations without too much hesitation and a general lack of options in this town. Secondly, after my first bad experience, I notified the hotel through their online customer care survey that was sent to... More

It is Comfort Inn on the outside and Motel 6 on the inside. I stay at Comfort inns a lot and this was a very poor representation of the name. There were cobwebs in the corners on the floor and the walls need repair and painting. Most everything seemed like it was done as cheaply as possible. The rooms are... More

We stayed here in April, the hot tub was still "temporarily" out of order since last year. Our key cards wouldn't work, after getting 3 sets of cards they just moved us to a different room. First time, ever, that I didn't bring a blow dryer on a trip, yes you guessed it, theirs didn't work. Since the hot tub... More

This was our third Comfort Suites we stayed in on this trip north to the midwest from Florida. The first was in Albany, Ga; the second was in a new one in Tupelo, Ms. Both of those had great fresh, hot full breakfasts and staff to see that everything was fresh and clean. The Greenville one had a 'sort of'... More

Convenient o the Internet and a great place to stay. Motel appears fairly new and was very clean. Had a hot breakfast or typical Choice continental. Staff was very friendly. Was a nice surprise so close to the interstate in the middle of nowhere. Bet 90% of people that stay there never see the buffalo farm behind the hotel. Very... More

Clean Comfortable convenient place along our route, easy on and off the interstate. The young man at the front desk was friendly, helpful, the breakfast was hot or cold. Coffee good. Greenville has a couple of thrift stores if you like shopping them.

This was a great place to stay especially after being on the road for 13 hours or so. The room we had was huge. Everything was clean and we had a huge walk in shower but no tub. I found the staff to be okay. The breakfast was the usual hot breakfast. The motel is only 3 years old (I... More
