Had a confirmed reservation but was told there was no available rooms when I checked in. Left me standing on the road at midnight. I wasn't alone. They had a bunch of reservations they were declining. JOKE!

Avoid this Hotel at all cost - Hotel Full of bed bugs and no one at front desk - that same people who own that own the America Best Value Inn next door – and each time your key doesn’t work you have to go to the next hotel to find someone to reprogram room key. THIS HOTEL IS INFECTED... More

Upon pulling into the drive (a dark alley), we were immediately greated by prostitutes and drug dealers. My husband left the car to speak with a manger, and instructed my daughter and I to lock the doors and not to open or unlock them for ANYTHING. He told me if he wasn't back in 5 minuted, "call 911". I have... More

We stayed 1 night, and didn't notice the smells the other reviewers mentioned, but it was like staying in circa 1970's motel. You can do better elsewhere. The statement about the property being managed by one person who is managing another property is true. The owner is doing pretty much the bare minimum to get by, but they were prompt,... More

Booked a room via ChoiceHotels. We arrived around 10pm to check-in only to find out that our reservations were canceled since they had no rooms at the time when we reserved. That mess was sorted out and we were finally given a room. The hotel overall was poorly maintained -- there was ABC gum on a section of the lobby... More

You must be real fool to stay at this place. I don't know why this hotel is listed under Choice Hotels? One employee managing both properties America's Inn and Rodeway from one office.Nothing good to say about this place until you stay there, and have a worst experience your vacation. Don't even think of staying at this place.

Well, the experience overall was a waster of time. And my money. We went to check in and it smelled....well its indescribable unless u go there. Truly a unique smell. We immediately tried to check out, but were too late. Had to stay one night. Then we went to our NON-SMOKING room, and the entire hallway and room smelled like,... More

I do not even know where to start. We had to wait for 20 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk to check-in. When we walked into the stairwell it smelled of cat pee and rotten food. When we got to the non-smoking room it smelled of cigarettes and had an ashtray on the nightstand. There was mold... More

Poor service, shabby facility. Inept staff. Advertised continental breakfast non existent. While an excellent rate for the area, not worth the savings. One feels more like an interloper than a "guest." The worst motel I have ever experienced.

Don't even think about staying at this hotel. Our room smells like a litter box, the shower curtain is moldy, there's an ironing board but no iron, the ice machines don't work, the "continental breakfast" is in the building across the parking lot is pathetic and understocked by staff with bare hands, and the floors are filthy. The staff is... More
