I have a friend who has been living here for about 5 years. Both she and I agree that the hotel is absolutely disgusting. It is in a crummy area, with scary people. There have been many crimes committed here, including the manufacturing of cocaine in one of the rooms. Pornography has been found down in the locker rooms, by the pool, along with used "sexual materials." (A perfect place for a rape or crime.) The owner does NOT maintain the building. When it rains, the building leaks in every room. The hotel smells of mildew and mold (which makes sense because all of the carpets in the hotel are old and molding.) The rooms are unkept, smelly and dirty. Also, the pool area is extremely filfthy. We have found feces in the pool several times. (Who knows when the water was changed last!) The hotel is also poorly lit...it's definitely not a place where you would feel safe. All in all, don't waste your time and money here, there are other great hotels in the area. Go seek those out. more
