Both bad experiences. Check in - room was not ready at 3. Checkout - rate was wrong and I had to call back to get it fixed because the manager was not there. You would think they would try harder with a brand new Holiday Inn opening in Edwardsville

I have been staying at this hotel for a couple years, sometimes twice a month.. The staff is great, knows me by name and always greets me with a big smile.. I will continue to stay here as long as my business takes me to the area!!!

On this hotel you pay extra to be in a king suite. I guess that means you get woken up at 5:00 am when the cook begins to prepare breakfast. I paid extra for this experience. Very poor layout by this particular motel

I've used this hotel numerous times and I've always had a great stay. During this trip my alternator went out on my car. I contacted the front desk to borrow a tool that I needed to replace the alternator and Ramona immediately contacted Steve from maintenance. The Hampton Group provide service that one can count on when travelling. The staff does everything to provide customer delight. Building, grounds, and interior are in excellent shape. The Hilton hotels and motels are reliable and the Hilton Rewards are another positive attribute.

We have stayed in several Hampton Inns and have always been pleased with the service and amenities. This particular Hampton did not disappoint us. Clerk was a bit hostile during my arrival. He also failed to recognize my gold member status. I would definitely go up the road to St. Louis to stay next time. If you are a hilton honors member, stay away from this hotel.

Excellent service and the hotel is consistent with high nationwide Hampton Inn quality standards. Good location with dining and shopping nearby. Interstate access makes it an easy drive to St Louis. Free internet service satisfied business and personal needs very well. The beds are very comfortable. The staff was professional and courteous.

I stay in Hampton Inns fairly often because I find them to be consistent in their quality and service. But, I have to say, I think this is the nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed in! This is a very nice hotel. The hotel is very close to a major highway making it a good stopping point for weary travelers. The room I had was clean and VERY comfortable. The staff is attentive and helpful. I would stay here again.
