This is a great bed and breakfast. The Victorian home is decorated with fascinating objects and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious -- french toast, fruit and a sausage. The beds are water beds in a standard frame and super comfortable. We stayed here while my daughter toured Knox College and really enjoyed it.

My girlfriend and I came to Galesburg to visit Knox College down the street from the Seacord House. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The hosts were very delightful and their breakfast was delicious. The room we stayed in however was very small and rickety, but that's understanding being an older home. The house needed some repair work, but nothing... More

Slept in a water bed that I initially thought would be a problem but turned out to be one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Some new kind of water-bed technology I was told.
