I found the hotel clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for and you are told when booking that there is no cooked breakfast. There are only limited amenities but there is free wifi and television in the rooms. Plan to go out for food or order a takeaway. I expect the whole place is busy in the summer... More

This is by far the worst accommodation I have experienced in the UK for many a long year. It is not so cheap and very nasty. I arrived at 7pm in early October, room cold and took around 1 hour to get heating to work. No food at all, thank goodness for a Sainsburys about a mile away. Shower room... More

My partner and myself were shocked to find that the hotel was based in a shooting range along with possibly a few thousand others people staying in tents and caravans, there were buildings falling down and sectioned off areas etc.... I had to pull my Fiancé out of the car, as it was my sons engagement party locally and we... More

The room was clean and comfortable with all the expected facilities. Breakfast was basic (coffee, juice, toast, cereal) and self service, but this is all explained beforehand so I was not expecting anything else. The breakfast room is pleasant and spacious and everything you need is provided. Very close to Pirbright so ideal for my son's passing out parade. Excellent... More

So glad I only had to stay one night! When I got there, despite telling them the time I was arriving, there was nobody on the desk and both phone numbers they said to ring had no answer. After repeatedly ringing the bell still nobody came so we had to go to the adjoining bar and get somebody to come... More

Very friendly, clean place to stay, price very reasonable. I have stayed here 4 times, ideal for visiting Pirbright. Would recommend to anyone.Julie who dealt with my reservation and book in was very friendly. Breakfast is complimentary, just basic but for the price, I thought satisfactory.

Thank goodness I only booked for one night. I rang in advance to confirm that I would be checking in mid to late afternoon I was told that no one would be there, I was given a code to open the main door and told my room number. When I arrived my room key was just left on reception. The... More

I returned to Bisley Pavilion again this year for a weekend stay. I received an exceptional welcome back from Julie and Dave and given a room upstairs which I have not stayed in before. The room was clean with a lovely new shower. The bed was very comfortable, fresh linen and tea and coffee facilities provided. Personally I like the... More

This "hotel "needs a serious update. Stayed one night which was enough. stairs noisy and creaky. doors slamming. Room very small, bed was clean though. The bathroom was small and had a plastic floor. just like one you find in a caravan. Breakfast was complimentary apparently but don't bother... When we got there no juice, milk,,glasses or staff, had to contact... More

Stayed one night. Paid fifty five pounds for a single room. I was not told about the Wednesday night special offer for thirty pounds when I booked by telephone. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had in any hotel. Juice, cereal and toast and cold tea as the boiler must only have been switched on. I wouldn't recommend this... More
