Hello, I have stayed in this hotel for a business trip and was positively surprised. Old cottage style, tiny but cut rooms, an even tinier bathroom, Wifi was available. Fantastic view on an golf course, if you are into it, play a round, green fe 7,50 GBP. Food was good, prices british as always. In the evening some guests watched... More

A very lovely stay at your hotel for my son's wedding on the 6th of April 2013, the rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The service was great, and finally the breakfasts were amazing. Would recommend it to a friend or family. The views were stunning from our room.

Arrived on a Sunday at 9pm to be told the kitchen closed at 8.30 so had to go to Horsham to find something to eat. The room layout was not the best and whilst the bed was comfortable there were marks on the duvet. The pictures on the landing were dust covered The bar area was comfortable and the service... More

Ideal location for a personal overnight stay ("large" single room) before the start of a 2-day golf society break at the nearby Gold Club. Note: the golf club house is some way away from the hotel. Positives: location (for golf); car parking (facile); security/safety; area (middle of two golf courses); breakfast (excellent cooked); breakfast service (with a smile). Negatives: my... More

Even before we arrived at hotel on recieving phone call prior to arriving to be told the bar & resturant would be closed all weekend,But in fairness we were told we could order takeaway & eat in the lounge but it not the same & we had to bring our own drinks, so was not in good mood. Seemed to... More

Found the hotel staff to be really helpful. Our room wasn't ready at midday as promised but we were given a single room to get ready in as we were in a rush to get to a wedding. This review is not a reflection on the staff, I think they are the only good thing about the place (except for... More

After complaining about our pokey room we were moved to a much larger room overlooking the golf course, however the room was very old fashioned and carpet old and stained. The bed was uncomfortable and feeling disappointed we just wanted to leave. Hard working staff but you get the feeling that the owners no longer care. We won't be back.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings, staff were friendly despite seeming to have to cover many roles and went out of their way to help wedding guests and sort out any problems. We had a room n the Annex, it was basic but had everything we needed. Food was nice however, due to a dietary requirement of Coeliacs for one... More

This hotel is majestic. The rooms are large and exceptionally well appointed. The food is a delight. The bar area, lounge area and the public areas in the 93 acre garden are wonderfully kept. The staff are suitably discreet, but superbly attentive. There is nothing to fault whatsoever with the hotel. I stayed here with eight friends, on a golf... More

This hotel is set in an absolutely delightful location with the backdrop of a golf course behind it and its very own lake. The countryside around here is beautiful and if you get the time it is well worth exploring. In the woods behind the hotel deer were roaming wild and the mist rising over the fields in the morning...
