We stayed for one night as part of a tour. The setting of the hotel is wonderful and our initial impression of our room was favourable. However, as the day wore on, the hotel experience began to decline rapidly. The service in the restaurant and bar was surly and unfriendly, with bills being placed on our table within seconds of... Stayed one night after recommendation from taxi driver. Arrived in dark. Spacious room had balcony overlooking the falls. Advised to keep outside door shut in case little animals came in. On opening the door in the morning, I wad greeted by a group of friendly monkeys. Although I'm sure they could be quite aggressive if we had eaten outside. The... More

We were in a room where we could directly look at the water falls from a close distance from our balcony. Apart from this, the hotel was very very minimal. They can improve the furnishings and make it a much better looking place. Service was ok. Food was average, not much of a choice. We stayed here for couple of... More

We arrived late in the afternoon just as a steady rain began. The hotel is situated on a steep slope. One arrives arrives in the parking lot. Then, guests and their bags are offloaded into the hotel's shuttle bus for the steep switch-back descent to the reception area. After check-in we took the elevator DOWN 4 floors, exited, crossed the... More

The weather was a bit dodgy when we stayed here so we didn't really explore much. Plus we'd climbed Adam's Peak earlier that day so were a bit tired to say the least. The rooms we had was lovely, overlooking the waterfall, it did the job! the bathroom was a bit cramped and basic but I didn't spend much time... More

Lovely little hotel hanging on a cliff side with falls roaring down the nearby mt. Monkeys were our early morning visitors. The went up and down the drain pipes, perching on balcony railings, and stealing food where they could. Down the elevator to the bottom of the property is where the restaurant was located. Evening buffet was quite good with... More

We arrived after dark which meant we could hear the falls but not see them. The hotel is situated on a steep slope and necessitates a ride by shuttle van down a windy, dirt road to reach the hotel proper. My room was right down the hall from the reception desk. It was large and clean with a small refrigerator,... More

This place has unbeatable advantage since it's located right near breathtaking Ramboda falls. There are stone stairs going down the mountain so you can come very close to the water. Around the hotel there is a nice garden with flowers, a lot of monkeys and swings for your children. We stopped here only to have a lunch. The buffet is... More

Frankly the waterfall view is the only saving grace of this hotel. We had a horrid experience during our stay here. The rooms are old and moldy. Even walking the corridors give you the creeps with the narrow corridors and dampness. Our fiends had sleepless nights because of bedbugs. Big - bloody ones in that. Even the buffet is a so... More
