Have stayed here for the last few years when visiting the area on business. Very helpful and friendly staff, always willing to help if you need transport to somewhere local, i.e. the mall. Shelby Cambells next door is also great, good food.

I frequently stay the HI in Elk Grove, The staff are always friendly and helpful, it is one of the few hotels I consider as being at home, Abed at the front desk always goes out of his way to welcome me and make sure everything in my room is in order.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Fast check in. The shuttle service to the mall and place nearby was helpful as i do not have a car during my stay. had a good restaurant in the proximity. there is small gym and a pool. vending machine was available on every floor.

I travel to Elk Grove Village every month for a week or two at a time for business. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice clean and comfortable. Location is great, close to airport, shopping and restaurants. The restaurant ( Shelby Cambell's) has great drinks specials and great food. I always feel welcomed.
