On /31/03, My family held a QUINCEANERA for our Daughters 15th birthday party a the best western convention center in elgin, first of all I must say our representative, Cindy was outstanding and helped with all of our questions and concerns thoughout our preperation of our event. we were allowed to use the banquet room for our dance practices, the night of the event went especially well, everything went as planned and the staff worked with our family and quests without complaints, i would say about 5% of our guests stayed in a room provided by your hotel at a minimal fee. i have to commend this hotel with more than 5 stats, i say they are a perfect 10, again i would like to send a special thanks to Cindy and the Chef for completing our event with a huge smile. I sure hope this gets to the appropriate person when it comes to review time for the staff. more
