Th Americas Best Value Inn in Effingham Illinois is extremely nice for it's money. I was very pleased. It was clean, updated, and had all the extras. I will make sure to stay there when I have to make my yearly trip north.

Where to start...we got this room (a double queen) for cheap with a coupon...and i know why. The lobby wasnt the nicest. The guy there was foreign and hard to understand. Dont expect much. After all this is not a five star hotel. But we didn't pay for one either. They allowed pets which was nice.
