I have never been disappointed by this hotel. Very sweet and caring staff, shuttle drivers and room service/waiters. I have food allergies and they were always accommodating to them without making me feel like a burden.

This hotel is so outdated and BADLY in need of a refurbish and remodel. My room smelled like it had been an old smoking guest room. It has the old tub showers. I'll be back... after the remodel! Otherwise, no thanks.

We were offered a larger than standard room for an extra fee of $5. We accepted and then found that the room was exactly the same size as a standard room, had smaller windows, and was located at the farthest point from the elevators. An elevator closer to our room was not in working order.

I had a sitting area and a bedroom. Classy looking. I felt so comfortable and enjoyed my 6 days there. The concierge lounge was nice. Free cocktail and snacks. In restaurant they served a buffet breakfast on weekend with good omelets. I would love to stay stay there again.

Nice hotel, GREAT for events. Very comfortable beds and the rooms were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I have was the $10 charge for internet access. A hotel of this caliber should not be charging it's guests, much less a HH Rewards member, for internet access.

This is an attractive hotel with comfortable suites. We were upgraded unexpectedly and enjoyed the executive suite with lots of room. The soft terry robes were a bonus. We did not eat in the restaurants.

Quiet comfortable rooms, seperate sleeping area, very relaxing. Checking in and checking out was, fast, easy, and accurate. On the concierge level there is a very acceptable continental type breakfast provided. But, probably more economical to stay on other floors and pay for your breakfast.
