We stay there every year in May. A group of us that ranges from 10-20 rooms are in Decatur for a torunament. Coming here for the past 8 years in early March, I have, sadly, seen the decline of this property. It had much promise years ago. Last year, my room reeked of sewage. This hotel was bought by the city recently and they are operating it as best they can while shopping for a good, experienced hotel owner.
