Stayed for a family reunion and family members found bed bugs and black mold in our rooms. The room smelled old and dirty and were outdated and low budget. We checked out within hours and would never go back. Most miserable hotel experience ever!

We are very sorry you had to endure such a bad expirence. We never had this problem before we are not sure how or who brought these little bugs? Every week our housekeeping spends extra time to deep clean these rooms, but we know keeping the rooms clean doesn't get rid of these bugs. So we hired Terminix Pest control... More

Traveled states away for a family reunion....only to find the hotel we stayed at had bed bugs. I had to pack up my family at 1am and find another hotel to stay at. In fact, other family members found bed bugs in their rooms too. We had to drive 30 minutes away to hotel. Never again will we stay there!... More

We were just passing through and needed a place to rest our head. This was perfect for that. The rooms smelled like dog, I believe this hotel allows dogs. the beds were fine, the breakfast was okay. Nothing spectacular but good standard hotel w/out the frills.

I'd stayed two or three times at the Sleep Inn on Lynch Road in Danville, which is virtually next door and which I liked very much. However, the Quality Inn was $20 less and, as I wouldn't have time to do anything but sleep, I thought I'd go for the lower priced option. I'm glad I did. The Quality Inn... More

The hotel is ok... Staff was friendly, rooms were clean & beds were fine. The only downside is this hotel is located right by the Danville Correctional Facility (we didn't know before booking). The rooms also have been upgraded with flat screen tv's.

The computers weren't working when we arrived. The entire place smelled awful. The hallway was not swept. There were wrappers on our room floor. The beds were very uncomfortable. Could hear everyrhing in rooms around us, very noisy. Cigarette butts in pool room, and no pool towels. Breakfast was pathetic, coffee was dirty water. Would not recommend!! Spend the extra... More

Where to begin, it's a place where after you take a shower you still feel dirty. The room was really unkept with dirt on the carpet, stained comforters, cigerette burn stains on the bathroom counter and the toilet was a disaster. In the lobby there are stains on old cloth chairs. the lobby floor and hallways were not swept. I... More

The best part about this hotel were the front desk attendants. Both a male and female that I had contact with here very friendly and promptly helped with my needs and questions. They greeted me every time I passed by and the male checking me in was appologizing for the construction mess they have in the lobby. There is no... More
