Stayed five nights, two mornings no hot water. 40% of the stay, no hot water. Like the staff? Like your room cleaner and maintenance personnel? Most morning they'll be enjoying breakfast with you. Seems like the Friday to Sunday breakfast lady likes to speak with her colleagues in a foreign language as they dish out breakfast for themselves. The weekday... more

This hotel was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The front desk staff were wonderful. A nice added touch was the bath and body works products that they had in the bathroom. They also give you free snacks and bottled water in the room. We originally were going to stay next door at the... more

Booked several nights at this hotel, which is convenient to two major freeways. Upon check-in after long international flight, I discovered (on a Sunday) that there was barely any hot water - it was lukewarm at best. Reported to desk clerk, who said she would report it to engineer. Two hours later when returning to the hotel, I inquired at... more

This hotel uses te Hilton Honors wireless system. If you use Internet Explorer as your medium you will be able to receive and read e-mail but YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND... more

This hotel was very clean, even though all they had was a smoking room available, it was a very faint smell of smoke. The next door hotel had gameroom, indoor pool, and exercise room you could use for free. It has a full line breakfast, which keeps my 4 kids happy! The staff was extra friendly and they all went... more

This is a really nice hotel. Clean. Surprisingly nice bed linen and pillows. Nice breakfast. Location is not as bad as it may seem. Only about a 20-minute drive from Chicago downtown. more

My husband & I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Countryside. I was there on business. The rooms were each equipped with wireless internet, as well as the lobby. Our room was on the 6th floor, right off the elevator, but was very quiet & the room spacious & clean. The only room complaint was that the bed was VERY... more
