We stopped in on night one of a cross country road trip. The location was very convenient off of the freeway. Many people have mentioned that this hotel is undergoing renovations in the lobby. We were totally fine with that and even eating breakfast in a hotel room. I hope that the renovations continue beyond the lobby. Our bathroom in... More

Is the construction completed? Upon arrival I commented to the family is this place even open. Looked bad as if a job site. The front door entry was under construction and the lobby a total disaster. Everything was raw construction bare floors plain unfinished drywall a fireplace being stoned and that was enough to stop me from staying. I consider... More

Certainly nothing special, but suited us fine for our three-day stay. Yes, the lobby is under renovation, but it didn't really affect us other than the unusual breakfast arrangement. Serving breakfast in two rooms was no big deal other than the lack of table space. It would have been nice if the hotel provided trays so guests could take their... More

Not sure why travelers would have a problem with having a lobby being renovated verses their room but to each is own. It surely wasn't a problem for us because they surely make up for it in our room. The manager apologized for it and said things will be on the up & up in a couple of weeks. We... More

We found a bug crawling across the nightstand and one in the bed. It was so late when we arrived at the hotel. No other options. Hotel was being renovated. I usually stay in Marriot hotels but this one was very disappointing.

There is remodeling going on in the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast is served in two of the hotel rooms and there are only a few tables to sit down at. When I booked, no one mentioned the remodel. Personally, I would not book here again regardless because it isn't clean enough, mattresses provide minimal support, vending machine was disgusting... Breakfast is reduced to two guest rooms and a grand total of 4 -4 person tables and a two person. You feel like you're eating in a motel room...you are! Add 3 screaming kids having breakfast with dad and ....well, you know. I would give them a pass on the construction had they told me about it before hand. I... More

If I had of known I would not have booked but there was nothing on their website or anywhere else telling customers that the most of the first floor is pulled up with plastic sheeting and workman everywhere. No discounts were offered and you had makeshift breakfast in two hotels rooms where there isnt enough table or chairs. Was cranky... More

The rooms were quite nice for this price range. My daughter and I stayed in a double. The bedding seemed new, and there were plenty of pillows on each bed. Water pressure is acceptable. The location is very good if you're road-tripping: right off the hwy 55. The pool is quite small, and I doubt my younger kids would have... More
