We stayed here while we were in the area to check out 2 colleges. Nice location, many restaurants in the area. Beautiful lobby and very nice room. I enjoyed my stay at Doubletree Collinsville, IL. We were welcomed with warm cookies. The lobby was modern, warm and inviting. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and well stocked. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area again. more

I stayed at the DoubleTree July 12 - 17. It was All Star week so the area was somewhat festive. There was also a American Motors Car Club show at the hotel so there were alot of people around the hotel. The service was excellent, breakfast buffet had everything you could want. I used to stay here when it was the Holiday Inn and I'm glad I came back. The hotel had been completely renovated. You name it, it was renovated - the gym, the pool, the restaurant and of course the rooms. I will be coming back to this hotel for years to come. more

This hotel has had a checkered past - I have stayed several times over the last two decades and been disappointed on most occasions. With the new management they finally turned the corner. We booked this hotel from Expedia. Everything went very smoothly, Check in/out was a breeze. All hotel personnel were very friendly, greeting you in the hallways, etc. Our 6 year old granddaughter loved the pool! Room was very clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again. We were very pleased with this hotel. The lobby and other public rooms are impressive, and the guest rooms have recently been totally renovated. Our room had new carpeting, furniture, bedding, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was small but modern, with plush towels. The service was friendly. Parking is free and convenient. This is a completely remodeled, very nice hotel now that Double Tree has taken over. There is a steak house and bar inside and everything is brand new.
