If anyone bothered to look at this place they would probably shut it down. The entire staff is hostile, smelly, extremely slow, and mean. The rooms have a very unique smell that has you searching for where the dead animal is hidden. If your looking for warm water try elsewhere, impossible to wash your hands or shower. Even though you wouldn't want to because the bathrooms are gross. Walls don't keep out any noise and some of the frequent stayers are up at all hours selling drugs and starting fights.
