Stayed at this hotel because of a wedding downtown. The hotel was clean and pretty nice. Parking was pretty good and expensive (but it is that way everywhere). I would stay here again if I needed to be in this part of the city.

We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and by day two recognized us and welcomed us back. The bartender was a bit gruff when we came in - I guess he did not really want to serve us as it was close to closing time.

This hotel was overall very good; no issues with hotel itself or staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well appointed. Location is excellent, two blocks off Magnificent Mile, and easy walking to Navy Pier and other attractions. Only issue I had was paying $52 per day to park. We booked two rooms... More

Stayed there recently over the Memorial Day Holiday. Hotel was very crowded with great check-in service upon arrival. Don't forget your warm chocolate chip cookie. The Hotel is located close to the Mag Mile, Restaurants, Lake Shore Drive, Navy Pier and so many other main atttractions. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds, however they're also a dated. Lobby area has... More

Their amenities are awesome. With pool, and a bar. I love that they give out cookies during check in. The process was quick too. The room was medium sized. I really loved my stay with my boyfriend. It was quiet and we got the relaxation we wished.

Why do hotels charge for internet ($9.95 per day per computer). It's like charging for water. This one does and it costs $55 dollars per night parking your car, and please take care that the water you think is complimentary because it is not in the pay-fridge, but on the table; $6 per bottle. Com'on. For this monstrosity this hotel... More

My wife and I stayed here one night to participate in Chicago's "Bike the Drive" event on Memorial Day weekend. We arrived to an easy check-in process and were given a room on the 23rd floor with the requested lake view (albeit a slim one). Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. There is a bar in the lobby along with... More

My wife and I where in town for some business. It was our first time staying at a Hilton hotel. We usually use cheaper hotels. However I must say for not being dressed in suits they treated us like we were millionaires!! The concierge desk was very helpful in finding us a great restaurant for the night that we probably... This is a conveniently located hotel and it is very comfortable. For the most part, the staff is friendly and efficient. You should, however, allow extra time at checkout. Although I had a late checkout included in my room rate, the lock to my door changed before that and I could not get in when it was time to get... More

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
