My group arrived at the Hilton at 8 am and we knew we most likely would not be able to check in until 3 pm. We were right, so we left our luggage with bell stand until we returned later. When we returned around 7 pm, we were told our room was still not ready and that it was a... More

Room was a bit dated. I had to take a handicapped room, which is not a big issue. However, poor water pressure in the shower and tub hardware looked like it had not been serviced in years. Was only staying for one night so I sucked it up. Exec lounge chairs also look like they have been around for years,... More

This hotel was not so great for the price we paid, and in comparison to any other Hilton I've stayed at before. The rooms were very, very basic, outdated and not as clean as they should've been. The staff was not helpful to us at all. We wanted to park our SUV in self parking but the guys in valet... More

The suite was spacious, with two beds in one room and a pull-out couch in the other. We managed to fit six women comfortably, though sharing the bathroom was hilarious. The staff was very helpful, and the location was perfect for all the shopping we wanted to do!

This hotel is old. The furniture in the rooms is old. Orange/reddish carpet is fraying. The rooms are hot regardless of how low you set the thermostat. It's dark and dingy feeling. Rooms are spacious but still feels closed in. The fridge is tiny but it is nice to have a separate sink for cups. The hotel is in a... More

Nice hotel in the heart of the downtown area. Spacious rooms and good service. Parking can be a pain if you do not want to valet. Hotel feels a little dated but rooms were comfortable and service was good. Would definitely come back again.

We stayed here because everything else was full on the night of the Blackhawk Stanley cup game. We needed a suite and everything was booked but we were able to get this on Priceline as an express deal. The price was decent considering. It also included access to the executive club room and free breakfast- we enjoyed this a lot.... More

Always a favorite place to stay for a family. Clean rooms and perfect location. Right in the heart of Chicago, near Water Tower and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Rooms are clean. Nice pool for the kids to play in.

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
