We had a very nice stay in the city at the Warwick Hotel. All of the hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms are smaller but very clean and the beds were great. They were missing a few of the little things in the rooms. The location was great and good food with in walking distance. I would stay here... More

Great location. In the middle of shopping and restaurants. Mall and John Hancock are two blocks away. Safe area. Taxis/buses everywhere but lots to do within walking. $13 taxi to Ogilvie station. Good customer service at check-in. Large bathroom and closet. Shower was great. In turn: Small room, very slow elevators. No free internet. No breakfast included (free coffee). Overall... More

The location of this hotel is wonderful, the staff is friendly, and those looking for a boutique hotel on the cheap will be pleased. We were not. Our room was the smallest we have stayed in outside of Paris. The bed was a double - not queen, or king. Many foreign travelers were flocking in the lobby and bar area,... More

You can't beat the location, so let me get that out of the way first. Next, the hotel lobby is beautiful and looks to have been redone within the last few rooms. Since this is an OLD building, the elevators are small and so are the rooms (with queen beds at least). The hotel is dated, but they have done... More

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of downtown Chicago. I stayed here for 4 nights and truly enjoyed it. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The rooms (we had adjoining) were clean and comfortable. I loved the bed linens and comforter. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Chicago.

After reading reviews on the hotel I was not expecting a glamorous hotel. I purchased this hotel through priceline.com so I did not really choose it. I asked for a 4 star hotel and got the Warwick. I would not really say it is a 4 star. Upon arrival I asked if the hotel was full. She said no. I... More

We stayed at the Allerton for a weekend and it was the perfect place as it was so close to all the good restaurants and bars. We opted for the smaller room and it was decorated in a very classic and charming manner (comfortable too!). Thought the hotel is old - the upkeep is excellent.

My boyfriend and I checked into this hotel with minimum expectations given some of the mixed reviews we read here, but we could not have been more pleasantly surprised! We checked into our first room on the 24th floor and realized that it was located directly below the treadmill. We went downstairs and asked for a new room because we're... More

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The staff at the Warwick Allerton Hotel were so kind. Bouchaib Oumelaz and Myles Shapiro at the concierge helped plan a wonderful stay including reservations at restaurants and excursions. Ryan Smith at the front desk was very friendly and made our stay feel like home. Even our housekeeper Hilda made our stay so... More

This hotel although dated is still charming, room very clean and comfortable, staff very good from the minute you walk into the hotel, Concierge team extremely helpful, reception welcoming and bar staff excellent . The location is great for shopping, the Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile (2 minute walk), John Hancock Centre, House of Blues, would definitely stay here again.
