I visited Chicago during Easter and I’m glad my family and I stayed at this hotel, Employees are super friendly (Thank you Tristan for being super friendly and welcoming!), rooms are newly renovated and the perk is that it’s really close to attractions. The rooms come with a kitchenette and have the main essentials so you can cook if you... More

I stayed in this hotel for two nights this week. It was fairly mediocre, but clean, and the staff there were really very good. The hotel appears to be under some renovation relating to the elevators --- for two days, there was only one of the two elevators working. This does appear to be a temporary situation. My room was... This is a pretty top-notch Residence Inn with a peaceful location in a residential area. What is nice is that it is just a couple short blocks from Michigan Ave.- so there is a lot to explore nearby! Staff are very friendly at the check-in desk. They were nice enough to give us a very early check-in which was really... More

My sister stayed here for 3 weeks while her husband was in the hospital nearby. I had the pleasure of staying with her for the last 4 days of her stay and was very impressed. Although she had the smallest room available, it was spacious enough for both of us plus a toddler, and the small kitchen was adequate for... More

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff was friendly and polite our entire visit. The hotel itself is in proximity to shopping and the John Hancock Building. Free breakfast with your stay is nice. The room was very cozy - beds were amazing, the little kitchen was adorable. I could muster a complaint about the wallpaper peeling and needing some... More

We only had 3 nights in Chicago and the room was lovely with the additional kitchenette was good. Breakfast was good for all of us too, there was cereals and breads and to my sisters enjoyment a waffle making room. The hotel was in a ideal location and a short walk away from a mall and the 360 observatory (John... More

This property was perfect for my stay. The staff was very friendly and I appreciated the nice cold pineapple flavored water upon my arrival. The rooms are very nice I can tell the hotel is working hard to renovate their look and feel. The breakfast is also nice as well. I loved the location and being near shopping and dining.... More

Our family of 4 (2 boys aged 16 and 13) spent a couple of days in Chicago for spring bread. The Chicago sights and sounds, the food experience etc. was wonderful and made even more special by the comfort and convenience of the Residence Inn we stayed at. The folks there were warm and friendly and always helpful. Breakfast can... More

I have been to Chicago for a longer term and stayed in this hotel for more than a month. Their rooms are more like studio apartments. They provide free breakfast, but the same breakfast is served everyday, which makes it boring after a few days. They have no in house restaurants for lunch/dinner, in case you are hungry and everything... More

Thank you for providing feedback regarding your stay. We appreciate the feedback from your time with us. I noted that you mentioned food options at our hotel. Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
