Staff on the ball, room spacious and clean, but not great. The heating/cooling seemed off. Room temp difficult to change. Room service food also average. The rooms and public areas are beginning to show their age. Not sure I'd stay here again. More

Took the L in from O'Hare changed to the red line and walked about 10 minutes to hotel. Quick, easy and friendly checkin. I liked the idea that you needed a room key to access the bedroom lift.
