Hotel is undergoing significant renovations and both facilities and service are suffering. If you are looking for an overnight stay at O'Hare use the Marriott Suites, at least until the renovations here are completed. More

I am very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is in the process of a major renovation,but the staff is very helpful in navigating through it. The room was very nice and the service is excellent. The hotel shuttle is very convenient. THe restaurant has good food at a reasonable price with great service. I strongly recommend this hotel. More

Stayed here last year and hated it. When my assistant booked it again nothing else available I was not happy. However, after checking in everyone was overly nice and going to my newly renovated room I was thrilled. Wow what a difference from last year. New room, updated, great interenet etc. More
