The location of the westin Michigan avenue was great, but any other than that I would not recommend this hotel. The lady who check us in was rude and very unfriendly. The other staff we ran into were on the other hand very nice and polite. Our neighbors were very loud and obnoxious well into the night. More

We got a great deal here for New Year's Eve. It's right next to the Hancock Building so it was a fantastic location. It felt awesome to just walk outside and immediately start shopping on Michigan Avenue.
