The hotel location was perfect near Wrigley Field and close to downtown, and the staff was very helpful and friendly when offering advice on transportation and restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the affordable mini-bar was a big hit with my daughter and me. I've already recommended The Willows to friends and hope we can return... More

Small rooms but clean and great location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was in a nice neighborhood in Chicago. I would definitely stay again. I reminded me of a European hotel. We had no negative comments about our stay

I used to live right on the area so I'm no stranger to the neighborhood. I love being back in town. The people working at the willows updated me on all the changes around the city. Like rental bikes, bus fares, new restaurants, etc... Erik and Luis can go hours, literally HOURS, talking about Chicago and it's history. I love... More

Came to Chicago for pride weekend based on reviews I had seen on this website. The parade was less than half block away from us, which made it very convenient to walk back to use the bathroom. Every time someone would come into the building, they would ask what room you were staying in, or if you were someone's guest.... More

This hotel is in a great location in Lincoln Park/Lakeview, however the hotel is a bit older and therefore has very thin walls... so it was very loud in our room. We could hear people from all over the floor and the worst was housekeeping vacuuming at 8am. Hotel was very clean.

Dear G P: Thank you for choosing the Willows Hotel. I am sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your or our expectations. I will speak with our housekeeping team about vacuuming so early in the morning. We hope to have another opportunity to have you stay with us and offer a more relaxing experience. Best... More

The Willows is a charming older hotel with a personality and uniqueness that is often lacking in the bigger hotel chains. The double queen room was a very good size and the beds were very comfortable. Shower was great. We loved the honor bar in the room. So reasonably priced. When you make a reservation be sure to "share" it... More

Stayed at The Willows during the tattoo expo at Navy Pier. The hotel was clean and neat. We were always welcomed back with greetings by the staff. Bridget was very helpful with answering all of our questions about the neighborhood and where to eat. Louie knows his way round the city very well, if you have any questions regarding trains... This is a moderate hotel in a very nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and a pleasant walk to Lincoln Park. It is moderately priced, includes a basic continental breakfast and has free internet which is a big plus. The room is large but basic. I would call it no frills, but the beds are comfortable, there's lots of space... More

This place is super cool! Its got a fancy older vibe going on, and is very homey. I walked in and the lady said, "You must be Justine." I was surprised haha but I guess I was the last person booked to arrive! The lady also recommended places to eat nearby that were open (We ended up going to Ronaldis-... More

The neighborhood is great and The Willows fits right in. Charming property and relatively easy to park if you are traveling with a car. Room was clean and everything fully functional. Easy to get a good night sleep in a quiet side street property. First class staff that makes The Willows feel like home away from home.
