We booked our room through SPG.com and were offered an upgrade. The room was fabulous as was the view! It was in a great location. The shuttle to the strictly sail event at navy pier was great although probably didn't run often enough. The club lounge was fabulous. Renee and Connie took good care of our party of 10. More

Had a long weekend in Chicago and stayed at this hotel. Had a wonderful experience with hotel and staff. Great room. Big size and well apportioned. My only disappointment was the restaurant, Shula's.
