We like this hotel. It is much like a European hotel (without the breakfast) The location is great, just far enough from the traffic to be quiet yet only a block walk to Watertower and Michigan Ave. The rooms are very nice - recently updated (beds and baths are terrific) and staff is courteous and helpful.

This is the best Hotel I've stayed at in Chicago! Great sized rooms withs a great view of the Hancock Tower. The bathrooms are amazing with a wonderful rainshower shower head to boot. Can't wait to go back.

We were a party of two staying in Chicago for a leisure weekend. Our stay was for three nights beginning 12/01/2011. Raffaello Hotel was very conveniently located to transportation, shopping, dining and sightseeing. The staff was polite, prompt, courteous. The room was clean, linens were clean and crisp. The king bed was wonderful, the pillows comfy. We did not eat...

I learned of them through living social but unfortunately my stay which was or business was outside of dates on the offer. Regardless I needed a room in that area and the Westin next door was over 400.00 for the night. I opted to give the Raffaello a shot. It's probably worth mentioning that I am a frequent travel, mostly...

Living Social had a $99/night deal. I called the hotel, asked for a room, they said it was available and asked how I'd like to pay. I told them I had the Living Social deal and then the room was suddenly and magically unavailable. The date I wanted was NOT on the blacked-out date list and the fine print only...

James,
Thank you for your review. It’s unfortunate you were not able to stay at the Raffaello. We encouraged all LivingSocial guest to book their room as soon as possible as inventory does fill up quickly. Although, the day you wanted was not considered a black out date, the hotel was sold out.
From time to time we will have...

My parents, brother, brother's friend, and I stayed there because we are fans of the Chicago Cubs and were going to a Cubs game. We had a great time. The beds were soft and the pillows are Pre-fluffed. They try really hard to ensure that you have the best stay and a great experience in Chicago.

Patrick,
Thank you for the awesome review! We are excited to hear your family had a good time while visiting Chicago. I must agree our pillows are very fluffy, and our guest LOVE them. We look forward to seeing you again, and hope this will be the best season ever for the Cubs.

Depending what you are looking for, very much depends on whether to stay at this hotel.
We recently stayed there but only needed a "base" in Chicago as we only spent time sleeping there and to be honest that is pretty much all they have to offer.
The rooms were very good, good size, clean, good condition, comfortable beds etc....

We have stayed at other hotels in the general area, and this was our best experience of them all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not overly large, but the furnishings and layout make up for pure square footage. We were on the 17th floor and they were in the middle of renovating the 18th &...
