spacious room, great location near shopping stores and restaurants, friendly staffs, excellent service, definitely will stay here again...the elevators are tiny and can be very cramped. Overall this place is great and worth your money.

We visited the Raffaelo for a wedding near the Magnificent Mile. The location was perfect : within walking distance of the museum location for the wedding, the lakefront, good breakfast and lunch spots, as well as Michigan Avenue. The Hotel was beautifully appointed with contemporary furnishings, spotlessly clean, and the staff was courteous and attentive. I'll stay there again on my... More

The Raffaello is a great stay. We had the smallest room but it was perfect for two. Right around the corner from Michigan Avenue, short hike to the Navy Pier, basically next door to the John Hancock building. Doughnuts in the lobby and a bar (a very busy bar) upstairs. Couldn't ask for more!!

Tucked away off of Michigan, yet close in proximity to shop, dine etc. Room was clean, comfortable, and great bed for sleeping ! Delightful to make coffee in the room and relax, or get a donut in the lobby and bring back to the room! Drum bar was great atmosphere with a charming personality.

The Raffaello is lovely. Centrally located near some of Chicago's best & most exclusive stores it's a great respite from busy Michigan Ave. My room was cozy, modern & exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly & efficient. The elevators are very tiny & can be very cramped especially nites & weekends when outside guests are going to Drumbar. Also the... More

Beautiful boutique hotel that has a little something for everyone. Specialty donuts downstairs and a top notch bar up top. Great location next to the John Hancock and Water Tower Place. Easy walk to beach, Navy Pier, and the Northwestern Hospital campus.

My family recently spent a night here, and we booked two rooms through a discount travel website. Parking is either by valet at the hotel (for around $60) or at a garage about one block away for $35. We opted for the garage, and it worked out fine. Just be sure to leave your keys with the attendant at the... More

When I planned Chicago trip I started to search information and Raffaello became one of the favorites based on customer reviews. Major part of my Chicago stay was booked in other hotel, but I decided to taste Rafaello and booked one night stay via their site on very attractive price. Confirmation came very fast. I had one question to the... More

Pleasant surprise to arrive to a beautiful, quaint, character hotel, located next to Magnificent Mile and the 360 Chicago. The room was so spacious, quaintly decorated, relaxing and welcoming, I loved the vanity top, the views from the room, robes (which was relaxing and helpful) and the room service. Best pasta and consume, which came in generous portions. The hotel... More

We have stayed at many hotels in Chicag and decided to try something different. We were in town for our daughters grad school graduation last weekend. The hotel is nicely located. Our room was on the 14th floor. The second night of our stay I could hear the undertones and beat of music from the bar on the 16th floor... More

Christine H, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay was less than satisfactory. Though the bar is lively on the weekends the hotel ensures guests that are bothered by the bar patron traffic are re-accommodated. In the future, please bring this to the attention of the management during your stay so that it may... More

Staying in Streeterville

Neighborhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
