Stayed two nights and had a wonderful stay. Rooms clean, food great, staff friendly and ideal location. Could not ask for anything better and would come back again. The elevator is rather small compared to most hotels but was not an issue during our stay.

Just returned from 4 nights at the Raffaello. First of call great Exterior to the building very welcoming. Location cannot be better...one block from Michigan Avenue next door to the John Hancock Building. Our room was very clean, bathroom was recently redone with wonderful shower head. PERFECT PLACE, i did early check inn, and they dont charge me nothing, what a good surprise. I ll go again, no doubt! And in the front desk they have an excellent cookies and others stuffs, and dont forget the roofbar, very nice place to go and have fun.

Found this hotel on a search site. The room was pretty nice; had a vanity/kitchen area with fridge, a nice shower and pretty good freebie soaps. Friendly service too, and a gym. Stayed two nights at the Raffaello. The rooms were nice and in a perfect location to see downtown Chicago. I was a little disappointed by their early check in policy. Check in is at 4pm which is late. You can request early check in the day of but if your room becomes availible they charge a $30 fee. I still... More

What's not to like. Cordial greeting at the desk upon arriving. An immaculate and spacious room. A super comfortable bed and pillows. A bathroom that was spotless. A short walk to Michigan Ave. And a (free) upgrade to a corner suite w/views down Delaware Street toward Michigan Ave. What's to improve -- nothing!

The main selling point of this hotel is the central location... It is literally right off of the Magnificent Mile, steps away from all of the shopping and restaurants you could ever visit in one trip! My wife and I went for a getaway vacation. We were, unsolicited, upgraded to a suite. The suite was very nice, clean and tastefully decorated.
