The hotel staff was very friendly - parking was very convenient and rooms were nice and clean. Room layout a little small (beds are only doubles). Otherwise very nice. great location.

I like Magnificent Mile and Streeterville but sometime choose Lincoln Park or River North It depends on what we plan to do.

The Rafaello is a "tailored" hotel, like the perfect tuck of a hospital corner. Everything is neat, as are the staff. They are also extremely nice and accomodating. We have not one complaint.
