In many ways, this was a fantastic experience--friendly staff, beautiful/modern decor, excellent service. We did have one, not inconsequential problem, however: a poop explosion! My wife was sitting on the toilet when the water abruptly and unexpectedly exploded upwards, spraying water on her, the toilet, and the wall! Not very pleasant. But otherwise, a great stay. Would say 5/5, but... More

Hotel was very nice, staff was very friendly. Great neighborhood, and the free bicycles were great too. Would recommend. Except I really do need a coffee pot in the room. Other than that, it was perfect.

Comfortable room - modern decor. Great location near LSD shopping. In a neighborhood so it is very quiet. Mac computers in the lobby for guests to use. Free wifi - why don't more hotels do that? Nice bar and restaurant.

Great neighborhood, adequate hotel . You can walk almost anywhere from here , or is an inexpensive cab ride. Trendy foyer area . Avoid the overpriced bar and restaurant, the service was poor and it was super expensive . Chicago has so much more to offer .

Great hotel. The check in and out process took less than three minutes. Room was clean and nicely decorated. It has a home feel to it. The bed is a platform bed, so it sits lowers to the ground - for people who have issues with a bed lower to the floor, that could be a problem. The carpet in... More

This was a very disappointing experience, particularly for what we paid. I had booked two nights through Orbitz. We literally had to wait 15 minutes to catch an elevator from our floor because there was a wedding party The elevators would skip our floor each time. Several employees suggested that we take the service elevator. We did that once, but... More

I paid a lot for my room, and it was small, hardly any furniture ( like a chair), and the the carpet was dirty. The drain in the bathroom was not working, which was gross. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel was the roof top, and it was unavailable for a wedding. Not only did the NOT... More
