This is a great location if you want to visit the sites (Museums, parks, etc.) Gabby, check-in was excellent in helping us with special locations near the hotel and breakfast and it was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Chicago. Also, the rate was extremely good.

I used to consider this hotel only for the convenient access to McCormick Place Convention Center. Staff makes the difference at this property. Price is high but most properties in Chicago are. The people who work this property are world class. Great service and attention to details. McCormick is a horrible place to have a show but the Hyatt makes it bearable.

The service was the best I've ever had at any hotel. Using twitter I was able to get more towels for the room, get restaurant information, and inquire about getting the UFC fight at the bar. This is our third stay at this Hyatt for while exhibiting at a convention at the adjacent McCormick Place convention center.
