In short, our "respire" room was small, but clean. The WI-FI was useless on my phone and Kindle...I only got it to work on my Kindle at 9pm one evening. Parking is CRAZY at $50+/day. We asked for a fridge (because we had our infant daughter with us), and it was $25/stay. There were no soda machines, but there is... More

I have been to this hotel twice. The first time a junior suite, the second time which is today a City View room. I love it here. The staff is nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean.

I was impressed at my first steps into the hotel. I was there last week for a conference. The front desk was great. Nataly helped me out and was very friendly, helped me with some directions, was as courteous as possible. The hotel is in a nice spot, 10 minute stroll to Millenium Park, about 10 minutes the other way to... More

I recall staying at the Hyatt Regency on Wacker multiple times over the past 10 years. It has consistently remained one of the better hotels on ‘the magnificent mile’ in terms of value and the reliable quality of its accommodations. To this day, management has done a good job of sustaining its upkeep and modernizing its amenities. Despite its being... More

Our trip was February 13 -15, 2012 to Chicago to see the Auto Show at McCormick Place. We chose the Hyatt based on the location and an offer from Southwest Airlines for an additional 750 points. We booked a King bed room at $159.00/night. There are two buildings called east and west. We went into the east building and took... More

We stayed here for my mother's birthday. I followed the Hyatt Regency on Facebook and they gave $15 off nightly parking and free internet if you say their secret word. They also gave my family an assortment of candy for my mother's birthday. The location is great, it is easy to get everywhere downtown and the room are actually pretty... More

The hotel is in a great location and has a number of amenites. Didn't eat at the steak restaurant but it looked good - perhaps this summer when I'm back. There is a crowded place in the lobby where you can get breakfast stuff like yogurt, coffee and muffins but it isn't cheap. There are stores nearby if you plan... More
