Room neat clean, service remarkable, room service was really good, staff were always on top of everything!! Fully recommended, the breakfast buffet was amazing with a little bit for every taste and the price was not bad compared to the prices outside.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times for business trips and a convention in the last year. It is a large hotel with plenty of places to eat and shop inside the hotel. I had a corner room at the end of the hall that was a nice size and great view. Bathroom was very large with plenty of... More

Stayed here for 2 nights, it is close to center of Chicago, clean and a great rate. It had everything in it a pool, snack bar, restaurant and a bar. Very easy to get around. When asked they gave us a later check out time which was great. All the staff were extremely helpful.

This hotel is massive in lobby size and # of rooms. It was very busy with a conference of 15,000 attendees at AERA (education research) with sessions happening at about a dozen hotels including Hyatt. The massive lobby with two bars, a market for quick eats, and a restaurant is all open-concept and bright with full wall windows. Our room... More

After an overnight train journey to get to Chicago, we arrived slightly early for check in. This was no problem and we were welcomed by check in, made to feel welcome and had keys in hand in a matter of moments. Genuinely friendly staff. The hotel seems huge and we were in the west tower which is connected to the... More

Before traveling to this hotel, we rang up and asked for a recommendation for the quickest and safest way to get from the airport to the hotel with our 6 month old son. They recommended a particular shuttle service as quicker and safer than a taxi or car service. Upon check-in, our concerns about our horrible and frightening 2 hour... More

I'm also going to give the Regency five stars. I stayed as an attendee at this year's AERA conference and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I see that others have commented the Hyatt is not conveniently located but I'm not sure how this is possible as the hotel is located blocks from Millennium park and the lake, just... More

I would rate this hotel 5 star except for the following... Check in with Jule Cesar (I think that is his name) was miserable and took over half an hour. He was nice and I think very new and I forgive him for that but he was not capable of checking us in. He could not find our reaervations and... More

The Hyatt is a great place to stay particularly when your convention is at the Hyatt. The checkin staff were very friendly, and the maid staff were courteous and efficient. The room appeared almost new. And was well lit. I highly recommend staying there.

This is my third stay here. The only place I will stay in Chicago. The convenience to where I need to be, plus close to sight seeing areas. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, and OUR views were fantastic!! The ONLY complaint is there is no place to store any leftovers. The mini fridge is for their stocked for sale items... More
