My experience at the Hyatt was fantastic from the moment I checked in. The service was kind, courteous, and to the point. My room was on the 29th floor of the east tower in 2978. The view was an excellent cosmopolitan view, the room was mostly clean (dusting would have helped), and everything was in perfect working condition. The bathroom... More

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend with girlfriends. We were pleased with how clean and updated the room was and it was a lifesaver to have the hotel in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. We stopped off in our room several times during the days we were there to drop off purchases, change clothes for dinner,... More

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a conference I attended for work. When entering the hotel, it has a beautiful lobby with high celings and lots of windows. There are several bars and restaurants right on the lobby level. Upon checking in the reservation attendant ask what my preference are in terms of floor I would like to be... More

The only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is because the mini fridge items were ridiculously expensive. I paid $10.95 for a SMALL bottle of water, $5 for a can of coke, $15 for bite size snickers. Just ridiculous. When you walk out of West entrance and walk up the block there is a super market... My husband and I went down for my first trip to Chicago. It was our intent to see the heart of Chicago in just a day. We enjoyed the convenience of tje hotels location. Walking distance to navy pier, millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile. We walk 30000 steps, 16.25 miles. Very nice hotel

We stayed at this hotel during Memorial weekend and found it to be very clean and staff members very helpful to whatever our needs were. It's just a couple of blocks from Michigan Ave so you were able to walk where ever you want to go to. We would leave our room in the morning to explore and by the... More

My boyfriend and I recently spent 6 nights at the Hyatt Regency and had a fab stay. From day one the staff were really friendly - we arrived a little early but Robbie at the front desk allowed us to check in and gave us a room with a great view of the city. The hotel was busy and probably... More

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel during our trip. The hotel room was decent. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was relatively clean. My husband and I both found the bed uncomfortable, but realize they can't be suited to everyone's fancy. The bathroom was nice enough and the room was large enough for the... More

This hotel is very well located, just off Michigan Ave and the Magnificent Mile. Easy walking to restaurants, shopping and waterfront. Taxi's to attractions not usually more than $8-10. Staff very nice. However, we were travelling with another couple and both of us asked well in advance to have our rooms in close proximity and river facing. We ended up... More

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for business about a week ago. The shuttle service is great from the airport and it arrives every 15 minutes. The drive to the hotel is very short, maybe 7 minutes or so. This hotel holds a lot of conventions so it's a pretty busy place. The hotel itself is really nice and very... More
