Horrible experience. Despite there being a thermostat in our room, it did nothing to regulate the temperature. It was FREEZING in our room for two nights and the staff's solution was to bring us another blanket and completely turn off the thermostat. Additionally, despite not having a car or parking a car or giving ANY indication that I was parking... More

Never have I had such a horrible experience in my adult life!! The hotel is mediocre.. But to top everything... The front desk staff's service was reprehensible! My flight was delayed and on the ground in Phila for 3 hours... Making us a late arrival to the hotel. Ok, they gave away the room, fine. But, I was informed that... More

The property itself was conveniently located and in good shape. But 2 days after I checked out (I only stayed 1 night), they posted a charge to my Amex for a restaurant I never even entered. I called Accounting who promised a review and an email the same day. Didn't happen. I called the GM 2 days later, who promised... More

I booked a room at this hotel a while back because we have an early appointment at RUSH for my son. We arrived at the hotel at 9pm, my son is exhausted and we are told that there is no more room! That is a total lack of respect for their customers. We we're move to another location further away.... More

I chose to stay here because I had a great flash offer for 3 nights- this was my first trip to Chicago. The hotel is welcoming and comfortable but I hate the fact that if you are not a member of their rewards program you have to pay extra for wifi. In room service- food was deliciious and promptly brought.... More

Hotel staff was friendly upon checking in, Hotel provided short radius shuttle for shopping trips.. Hotel lacked indoor or outdoor pool, the rooms did not carry microwaves. Maid service was overly noisy during the weekend. Surrounding area was nice quiet and close to Little Italy. The attached restaurant Rooks corner I felt was overpriced but the food and the service... This place is a "Marriott" but I've stayed at Courtyards that were nicer than this dump. This place should be re-branded to a lower quality Marriott Property. When I see that a property is a "Marriott" (and not a Residence Inn, Fairfield, Courtyard, etc) I believe it is a NICE place with HIGH QUALITY standards. This property was not that.... More

It is with much saddness that I have to share this about Marriott hotels which I always stay at and love. I booked a reservation for this location in March and 5 days before my arrival I was told that I cannot stay there and that they will put in another hotel. I was told this because some large group... Overall the hotel was nice but the service we got while dinning left a lot to be desired. After we were seated for breakfast and got our drinks we went to get food from the buffet. While in the middle of putting food on our plates came a young man and asked us if we had vouchers for food. It... More

Arrived to find fast, courteous, and friendly front office staff. Gave us expert advice on restaurants and locations. Our room was on third floor facing the street. I heard an occasional ambulance and some street noise , but you would have to be a seriously light sleeper/complainer to be annoyed. Room had double beds with a refrigerator , and coffee... More
