It is with much saddness that I have to share this about Marriott hotels which I always stay at and love. I booked a reservation for this location in March and 5 days before my arrival I was told that I cannot stay there and that they will put in another hotel. I was told this because some large group... Overall the hotel was nice but the service we got while dinning left a lot to be desired. After we were seated for breakfast and got our drinks we went to get food from the buffet. While in the middle of putting food on our plates came a young man and asked us if we had vouchers for food. It... More

Arrived to find fast, courteous, and friendly front office staff. Gave us expert advice on restaurants and locations. Our room was on third floor facing the street. I heard an occasional ambulance and some street noise , but you would have to be a seriously light sleeper/complainer to be annoyed. Room had double beds with a refrigerator , and coffee... More

I am a Marriott Associate but booked this room at full price and prepaid non-refundable in full due to the holiday weekend. Maybe I am just not used to Chicago hotel rooms but double beds instead of queens is outdated in hotels where I come from and this room was so tiny! For four of us staying it was EXTREMELY... More

We stayed only one night here, because it was across from Rush Medical Center where I was having some tests. We were very pleasantly surprised by the room! It was huge, very clean and beautiful! The employees were very polite and courteous. We had been going to walk across the street to the hospital, and the desk clerk was showing... More

I stayed here on a Sunday night, before my appointment at Rush orthopedic across the street on Monday. The staff was so responsive to every request. I asked for a quiet room and got a room on a floor with small children running up and down the hall. I called down to the desk and they brought up keys to... More

I stayed at this hotel while on business. It was convenient to UIC and to the "L" back to the airport. It was comfortable, the air conditioning was not loud. It was very clean. The staff was nice. The lounge area seemed a little outdated.

Rooms were were very noisy. They lost outer reservation for the second night and the only way spew could stay was paying an additional $50 for the next night. They said that there was offsite parking for $13.50 but there was only valet paking for $39. The room was do noisy (street noise), the front desk was apathetic they offered... More

My hubby and I stayed here for a few days after "winning" with priceline. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle covers a mile radius, which doesn't reach the museums but is sufficient for a dinner trip to Giordano's or elsewhere (the driver had great suggestions!). Plan to spend the $40/day to park if you're... More
