I was awaken twice on my last night at the hotel . Once around 11 p.m. and once around 2 a.m. because of the noises from other hotel guests. People were running, screaming and banging their doors.

Rooms are nice with a courteous staff. The only thing I found wrong with the hotel was how long it took to catch an elevator. Waited up to 20 minutes a few times and needed the elevator because my room was on the 25th floor.

The elevators were so slow, overcrowded and broken that I had to climb 15 flights of stairs to reach my room. Room service had many hidden fees. A $8 mousse ended up costing nearly $15. There's no gift shop to purchase little snacks and no mini bars.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming. This was my 16-year-old son's first trip to Chicago, and I wanted to make sure he had a memorable experience. He totally felt VIP: The view of the river was amazing. The room was huge & comfy. The bathroom was gigantic! The hotel is a short walk to Willis (Sears) Tower, with Do-rite... More

We stayed in 3201 - beautiful view overlooking the river. The room was quite large - king size bed, desk / work area and large bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food at Hoyt's (the restaurant in the hotel) was quite good. We only had two issues during our stay - the wait for the elevators on... More

Corner room with great views of Chicago river and skyline. Nice sized room, clean and modern. Bathroom a bit tight but clean as well. Food was excellent at the restaurant and service e maven better. Try the Octopus!

Downtown / The Loop
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
