We just enjoyed three nights at Hotel 71. Great location and service. My only complaint is that room doors tend to slam shut. At night one hears other people entering/leaving their rooms and the doors are loud. Ben and Mike, concierge service, were very helpful. More

31st floor river view room was unbeatable. Regardless of what floor you're on, ask security to take you up to the roof top conference room for a great photo op. I stayed here while attending a conference. It has a restaurant, although I didn't eat there. The rooms were an OK size for two people. We had a room with 2 sinks, which was nice. The river view room was amazing. The 25th floor view of Chicago was truly breathtaking and we got it without even asking for it. We were kindly upgraded by the reception staff from a city view room.
