Location is very convinient if you want to see the city or go shopping, specially during winter. The building is not new but the service makes up for it. I would recommend this hotel for tourists. Be ready for the strong winds around the hotel. more

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. It is so close to amazing food and great shopping, and the L train runs close by. The staff here were also superb... totally top notch. They were friendly and very welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Chicago! more

We stayed at the Marriott for two nights. Staff was friendly. I got a room at the 32nd floor with a great view of the Chicago skyline. Room was little but with all the expected Marriott comfort. Rooms were adequate. Negatives included, Open lobby issue - cold air coming through front entrance, minimal towels left in rooms, grill smell engulfing atleast our floor (31st) and hot water issues. more
