This is a beautiful hotel with a great history! Easy access to the magnificent mile (by bus) and museums. I loved the two bathrooms in our two double bed room for our family of four! Breakfast in the on-site restaurant was good! The staff was great! I especially appreciated the grand customer service provided by Antonio G. (bellman). He was... More

The rooms at this Hilton are definitely smaller than what you might expect at other places, but they're still fully modern and comfortable. The Hilton still maintains its classic charm but has all the amenities that make a Hilton hotel so great. Its in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to an L station and its right on... More

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The location is just a couple of blocks from the nearest train station and a few blocks from Millennium park. The lobby seems to always be busy, but once you are on your floor and in your room it is very quiet. Would definitely stay in this hotel... More

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is always so helpful and accommodating. Fantastic location for walking to the Aquarium & Planetarium. Many of the rooms need updating still - the bathrooms are very outdated especially. Also our two (adjoining) rooms were missing in-room safes and refrigerators. Staying on the executive floors is nice for the free Wi-Fi and breakfast.... More

Built in 1927, the building has a lot of history. Although renovated, the entire hotel retains the architecture and feel of a true classic, The rooms are generous size and the furniture is reflective of the period. We had a room on executive floor 22 it was roomy however the beds were small doubles. We had twin bathrooms which was handy... More

It was overall an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Everyone had a positive attitude, answered all my questions, and helped greatly. The only thing you need to watch out for is the hidden fees. You aren't charged your full bill amount right away. You are only charged the majority of your bill. The room was... More

The price was amazingly low for Chicago. So if price is your only concern come on down. The place is really run down and in need of make over. The bathrooms are functional but equal to a motel 6 or similar

My family stayed in a room with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were very nice and looked recently remodeled. The bedroom had a computer (but you had to pay to surf the web) and a tv (everytime I turned the channel the volume would go up, which upset my sleeping family.) Also, the room did not have... More

The staff was excellent and showed patience with all my questions. Especially of note was the smiling face and cheerful attitude of the morning Bell Hop (Taxi Hailer) & Registration Desk Clerk. In this digital age, it was very nice to see people who enjoyed their job and a willingness to provide customer service. The room was very clean and... More
