I don't know what all the complaints are about. The location is outstanding. Our room was small but guess what? It was perfect for me and my wife. The cleaning staff made sure our room was straightened everyday. We never had an extended wait for the elevator at any point. I would stay here again. Certainly worth every penny. Want... More

Location is perfect. Train station around the corner, walking distance from Michigan St. Elevators too old, and WiFi was not working at all but the lobby! Bad experience was they make you call their IT technician instead of solving themselves the problem.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel and with the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The king suite was well worth the extra five or six dollars a night for the couch and mini kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying in Downtown / The Loop

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown / The Loop
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
