We had a ladies retreat here and it was great! Our initial few hours were not what we're hoped for but Lisa the second person to check us in was a wonderful help. We even ran into her when she was off and she gave us the scoop on some of the places to be and be seen. The bellman... More

I live in Chicago and picked this hotel for the special price and because I am a Marriotts rewards member. This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel. I think the pictures are deceiving - does not look the same. I had a special deal that was not honored upon check in. Since it was... More

Decent room, very happy to have switched from a much worse hotel down the road. Nice lobby, helpful staff. Modern room, nice bar/restaurant. Seemed like a decent location. Overall quite decent. More

The rooms at the Blackstone have been nicely renovated. The rooms/bath are nicely sized and comfortable. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to stay with just a short distance from walking path by lake. Food options right near by are limited, but hotel catering (for meeting) was very good. Lower level room are a bit loud with... More

I stayed at hotel for conference that was happening next door. My family came as well. It is a historical landmark and is quite interesting inside. The lobby's ambience is what you would expect to see from hotels during the gangster days with a mix of Mad Men. The hotel is also much smaller than I expected since it was... More

Spent 6 nights in this hotel and had a great stay. This was probably helped by the fact that we were upgraded to a room with a view over the park and lake. The view was obviously very nice but the room itself was excellent. Very large and well decorated with all the must have for a comfortable stay (safe,... More

This hotel is equidistant to all landmarks. It's opposite the park, the Art Institute and the famous 'bean'. Lake Michigan / park views are available and the gym has a great view which makes working out a must . Navy Pier, the Museum Campus and the Willis (Sears) tower are all in walking distance and the L train from Ohare... More

We visited the hotel April 24th to April 28th. Great location, spotless hotel and rooms, uniquely different and lots of history. La Bodega bar/restaurant is the best kept secret in Chicago if you want an affordable breakfast or lunch. Staff was extremely helpful and informative. Located in the loop it was convenient to everything we wanted. We would come back... More

I booked 2 rooms through priceline and tried to confirm my bookings by email sent via its website. They never replied and I sent again. Still no reply. I called the toll free number 1-800-468-3571 but the representative said he can't help because the number is for worldwide reservation. Then I made a long distance call to the hotel itself... More

Great views and spacious rooms! Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the loop. A little far from the heart of Michigan Ave. More
