Great room on 8th floor, nice bathroom, food was better than average, but the street-level grease traps were cleaned at 4:00 AM. The noise was unbelievably loud - loud enough to wake the dead! Lasted for 1.5-hours. Staff very apologetic, but this made for a very long day of meetings on three hours of sleep. Might want to ask, before... More

I stayed three nights. Staff was excellent. Rooms are great. Onsite restaurant was very good. Great locale. The staff was probably the highlight...they were very attentive to my needs. I would definitely recommend it!

I could not have asked for more during my first weekend in Chicago. The Blackstone is the perfect windy city hotel; great service, delicious food (make sure to get steak and eggs for breakfast) and perfectly located for site seeing. I was extremely excited when I heard a rumor that the man, the myth, the legend, Conor McGregor had recently... More

I went on a trip to Chicago with a few of my friends for one of their birthdays, we stayed in the Suite of Presidents on the 10th floor which gave us an amazing view of some of the sights the Chicago lakefront had to offer (Soldier Field, Navy Pier, Field Museum, etc.). The hotel was gorgeous on all levels,... More

Appreciate all the accommodations and friendliness of staff. The rooms were very clean and had an amazing view. Perfect location in the city for walking around. The food was also very, very good. The entire staff was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our experience was one to remember.

The Blackstone is one of the best hotels in the Loop. The rooms are top notch and give everything you could hope for. As for the staff, they have to be some of the best in the city. If Rory (bellman) is working you don't have to worry you are in great hands as he will go above and beyond.... More

Beautiful room, stunning views, great associates and terrific location. Had a fabulous lunch in Mercat -the soup is memorable and I am already thinking of my return? I appreciated that the front desk was accommodating with a late check out. I will be back!

We choose this hotel every January because it is one block from Buddy Guy's Legends (live blues with Buddy) and it is walking distance to Art Institute and Museum campus. Beautiful architecture and decor; free pool table in Lobby and Starbucks in lower level. The bell hops are quick and friendly. Rooms have coffee, water, fridge, blow dryer, large bathroom... More

This would be my choice when staying in loop area of Chicago. Excellent rooms- updated, clean, and spacious. I spent half my stay at the Blackstone, and regretted changing hotels. Trying to make a good impression? It's going on at this place-

The hotel itself is a little unassuming as you walk in from the street, but once you enter the lobby you feel the history in its décor and architecture. The elevators are old school and on the slow side, but it was never an issue. The front desk staff were very nice. The rooms were nicely decorated and updated and... More
