Great service from the moment we stepped out of our car until we left. (parking is expensive). Room was very clean and bed was superb. Actually wish we had more time to spend in the room. Will go back. Short walk to museums.

This was the most expensive hotel I have ever personally paid to visit. Having said that, I realize now why someone would pay this much for a hotel. The service was amazing. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. The location was in easy walking distance to almost everything we wanted to visit and a short Uber ride from everything... More

The Blackstone is a gem on Michigan Ave. They have done a great job mixing old and new to bring a glamorous gem back to life. Service was wonderful, rooms were decent size for a mid city hotel. Take a walk across the street for lovely park views.

Spent two nights. 2 adults and three teenagers were not cramped at all. Lots of room around the 2 queen beds and no crowded feeliing. The sofa bed was comfortable too. 20th floor and never much of a wait for one of four elevators. We had breakfast in the hotel with continental coupons which made a decent breakfast reasonable. Had... More

I came to Chicago for a convention in Merchandise Mart. The Blackstone was a 10 minute Taxi drive away from Merchandise Mart, and a 10 minute walk to the Orange line (leading to the airport). It was far enough from the Magnificent Mile area that prices were reasonable, and the room I stayed in was very nice and clean. The... More

I stayed in this hotel while attending a conference. The location is very good, close to the park and other amenities. My room had a beautiful view of the lake and was very large, clean and comfortable. My only gripe is the mattress topper on the bed, which cannot be removed and makes it very uncomfortable if you'd like a... More

Stayed here last Saturday night; attended a wedding that was being held there. Expected a small, cramped but nice room. Instead got a huge room on the 22nd floor with a partial view of Lake Michigan and some of Chicago's lakefront museums. King size bed was perfect and bathroom was well appointed with a TV in mirror. Lobby bar was... More

First visit to The Blackstone and got there because of a great room rate. The hotel has been around for quite a few years and has that yesterday charm that doesn't exist in newer hotels. Having said that our room was first class, the hallways clean and bright. The people at the front desk attentive, friendly and helpful. We didn't... More

Stayed at this hotel while attending to a conference at the neighboring Hilton. The reception area is comfortable and nicely decorated, the hotel is not huge and has a cozy feeling to it. The rooms are spacious and many have great views of the lake. The hotel is right across the street from Millennium Park and at walking distance from... More

I enjoyed staying at the Blackstone. The hotel itself is clean and the room is very spacious, including the bathroom. I had no problems with noise at night other than the occasional light train car rattling if you are facing the west. There is a pool table for guest use in the lobby which I thought was neat. The fitness... More
