Business travel can be tiresome at best, especially when it lasts a week. The staff, amenities, accommodations and all around generosity of spirit made this stay in Chicago and absolute pleasure. They remembered my name, welcomed me back and nothing seemed too much trouble - love these guys!

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip during Spring 2015. The hotel is very centrally located to a lot of the Chicago tourist sites (the Bean, the Art Institute of Chicago, etc.) if you have time to mix a little business with pleasure. The view from my room was a partial view of Lake Michigan, which I enjoyed.... More

Nice hotel, comfortable bed. Room is small but interior decorating made it look and feel bigger. My issue was the water dripping sound from the air conditioner that comes and go. Another was we were out at 9am and back at 4:30pm and the room wasn't made yet! Location is nice unless you want to shop on the Magnificent Mile...... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Blackstone. The rooms were very nice although there were a couple of minor mishap. Our coffee machine wasn't working and the room was not made up one day even though it was late in the afternoon. The hotel has wifi in the lobby but they charge for wifi in the rooms, an unsavory practice... More

This was a very cool hotel, the room we had was small, but very very clean and great view. The bed and pillows were so nice and fresh. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Right on Michigan Ave.

Wow, what a great property! Great staff that was truly first class. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Chicago. I was very happy with the quality of the spare cot that was provided for the stay.

My view. I was looking into the inner courtyard where it looks like murders could have taken place. Outside of that it was great - the DC United was staying there for their game against the Chicago Fire so it has to be good, right?

Of the view. It looked like I was looking down into an alleyway where people had been killed. Outside of that it was great. The DC United was staying there for their game vs. the Chicago Fire so it has to be good, right? I didn't do much there besides sleep, but I did go to the restaurant in house,... More

We stayed for a few nights just to have a quick getaway. This is a charming property with all the modern amenities you would want in a historic hotel. The location is good for us - on Michigan but not too much into the shopping area that you are overwhelmed. The views of Grant Park, Buckingham Fountain and the lakeshore... More

I stayed at the Blackstone for 1 night and it was wonderful. The room was spacious for a downtown room and very clean. The decor is modern and unique. The bed was extremely comfortable. I ate at the restaurant connected, Mercat, and it was delicious!!! Thanks Blckstone for a wonderful stay :) Nicole
