Had a larger room with a great view this time. Lighting is still weird, and I am not a fan of the sliding bathroom door, it does not allow for privacy. Beds comfy. The restaurant is amazing. Love the atmosphere. The breakfast in the concierge lounge was one of the best.

Had a great stay! The room was beyond fantastic and all the staff was professional and kind! Definitely would go back! We were in town to go to a Bears game and it was a quick cab ride to the stadium and then once back tons of restaurants and things to do near the hotel!

When we went to Chicago to attend a symphony concert, we stayed here with points because my husband travels for business. I did research and found convenient nearby parking for $35 rather than the hotel's valet parking for $67. Our king room was spacious and beautiful with lovely furnishings, very clean and quiet. The marble bathroom was gorgeous, but the... More

My family stayed here on a recent trip to Chicago. From the moment we arrived; the doorman, the front desk, the bellman were all so accommodating- service with a smile!! The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable! The location was perfect! Too many places to list! Grant Park - Art Institute Many places a short Can ride away!... More

Stayed in the smoke filled room for a night in February. Fantastic view of the city, hotel steeped in history and tastefully done. Hotel staff were very accommodating, the room - or rather, rooms - were immaculate, homely and extremely well equipped and the beds exactly what we needed after a long day walking around the city! Ate at Mercat... More

Check in very smooth. Engaging, traveler-friendly lobby. Nice bar. Room was small but well appointed for the business traveler with respect to power outlets. Convenient to everything. And Starbucks in building is a winner.

We booked this hotel on Hotwire. Check in was quick and speedy. The "Navigator" gave us information for a local restaurant within walking distance that was kid friendly. She advised it stayed open until 10pm. My two sons walked there and it was closed. Took a cab to another restaurant instead. The rooms are small and the bathroom was very... More

I stayed here for 10 days in February and was impressed with the size of the rooms and gym facilities. There also is a Starbucks on site which opens at 6, great for those jrt lagged early mornings. The Service in general was quite inconsistent. One day the maid would replenish the coffee /tea station the next she would not,... More

Wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway from the holiday. Arrival to departure was awesome. Front desk was prompt and courteous, concierge gave great late night venues and service staff was very on point. We will defiantly be back soon.

We've stayed at the Blackstone a couple times now, and our stay has been exceptional each time. The location is perfect; right off Michigan avenue, close to shopping and the museums. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
