Stayed here for the 1st time this past week. Really nice hotel right on Michigan Ave. Ask for a Lake View Room as it is really pretty, especially when weather is nice! Rooms are quite nice and the room service dinner, Chicken Caesar, was very good. The Concierge Lounge has an odd layout, with limited seating, but the food was... More

Our team really appreciated being able to stay at this elegantly restored property which is very convenient to McCormick Place. We especially welcomed the ability to hold customer meetings at the hotel restaurant over breakfast and coffee in a bright, airy venue that wasn't full of other conventioners. The food and service at "Mercat" are outstanding, and I was surprised... More

This is a great marriott in a great location, had a wow bow restaurant in the building. It also has a great gym and warm pool. It's right across the river. The staff is great and always eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Even during renovation they gave the guests pre-loaded iPod shuffles for the inconvenience.

We booked this hotel based on positive reviews. Very clean, great location, friendly staff. The room was nicely appointed. Marble floors in bath. Great rain shower head. Beautiful historic lobby. The elevators are very fast, despite looking quite old. Within walking distance to museum district and close to CTA stations. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn't... More

We just stayed 3 nights and for the most part had a great experience. The concierge contacted me before my stay and coordinated a car service for my husband. Upon arrival, my daughter and I pulled up to the valet and he took our keys but refused to help us with our luggage. As my daughter and I were trying... More

We got a room with a view on floor 20. Beautiful vistas from down town Chicago and the Park with the lake. Sunrise every morning was a delight. Super comfortable beds with a luxurious bathroom. Coffee maker for your morning cup. Staff was very friendly and customer service was fantastic. Starbucks right down the lobby and a big fitnessroom with... More

We had a 5 night stay here over st. patricks day and weekend. We stayed on the 9th floor, overlooking Grant Park. And not just 1 window overlooking it...4!!! We had a huge standard room, it had a long ackward entryway/hallway, but very fancy. Lots of bottled water, a turndown service at night (with mints on the pillow!) Funky wallpaper... More

Very lovely building, comfortable rooms, decent food and above average location. I wish the room service had been 24-7. The room was slightly dated. I found the line at the Starbucks to be obscene all the time and that was my only hope for a to-go coffee.
