I stayed at the South Water location, and it was terrible from the moment we opened the door. The cleaning man was just starting to clean well after the check-in time, but hardly did anything. The apartment was filthy. Stained carpets (not just a spot, but as though there was a coffee and wine fight!), marked-up walls, and dirty counters....
