I stayed at the South Water location, and it was terrible from the moment we opened the door. The cleaning man was just starting to clean well after the check-in time, but hardly did anything. The apartment was filthy. Stained carpets (not just a spot, but as though there was a coffee and wine fight!), marked-up walls, and dirty counters. It looked like a bachelor's pads.
There also was no promised internet. I called, and they told me to find the router. There was no router, but they spoke to me like I was an idiot and didn't know what one looked like. They finally decided that it was stolen.
I had to call and call again to receive any help. Everyone seemed a bit shady in my dealings. Terrible vibe with this company, and, as I see elsewhere on TripAdvisor, I'm not the only one.
I'm still in the process of trying to receive back money paid. They are shifting me around and avoiding me. Please avoid the trouble with this company and go elsewhere.
