I was booked into this horrible place for 3 nights for a business trip, April 12-14, because all hotel rooms in the Loop area were booked for the HIMSS conference. I arrived on a Sunday night to an empty lobby. After waiting for a while, a security person finally showed up at the desk, and told me that she could... More

Thank you for choosing our business and for the feedback. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the A/C in the entire building, not just our apartments. The wifi issue was from the cable provider, they had to switch all routers which took time and apointments. We are sorry this affected your trip and we apologize for the inconvenience More

Traveled for business to Chicago, but my typical hotels were all booked. This is not a hotel, so don't expect it to be. First, entry to SP Suites Millenium Park is through a door marked Fornelli Tower. Turns out this building is largely student apartments. That said, I didn't see many people at all. I stayed in 1904 and it... More

I thought the location and price was great. Hard to beat really. Yes there are students in this same building but you don't notice that, and they are all pleasant in any interactions you do have. The thing that lets this place down was on arrival the room was not ready. I went up to it (after getting key from... More

This is the worst hotel and customer service operation in Chicago. I was charged by this hotel w/o never actually stay here plus the $120 "cleaning fee". Every time if tried to call their customer service dept I was get a voicemail and my voicemail was never returned. I am I'm the process of disputing on my credit card. This... More

I stayed here in November 2014 along with 2 business collegues and it was the worst "so called" hotel that I have ever stayed in. This place is filthy, old and run down. It is filled with college students that attend the local colleges around the corner and basically used as dormitory. DO NOT STAY HERE !!! The bathroom had... More

The company charges up to $120 for a cleaning fee if for a one night stay that costed $50 and doesn't include this in the so called "total." Furthermore, if you try to cancel the reservation after finding this out, they refuse to give you money back. I would never patronize any business that clearly attempts to deceive its customers... A group of 5 adults rented the 2 bedroom apartment for one week; the apartment was very clean, spacious with high ceilings, plenty of light and nice furnished; the kitchen fully equipped for light every day cooking, the fridge spacious and clean and the microwave placed handy at the eye level. Plenty of cupboards and space; 5 of us did... More

My wife & I stayed at the 55 E Washington St. location for 5 days in early September in room 1913. We had a couple of hiccup's but they were quickly fixed with a call to the front desk. We wanted to stay in the downtown loop & wanted a kitchen and this place had both. It was reasonably priced... More

superb location - right next to grant/millenium park, and close to public transport, and downtown. however, there were several problems. 1. There is confusion over which building to go to - as even here on tripadvisor reviewers are discussing different buildings/addresses. we stayed at 55 east washington street. Taxi initially dropped us to another building, but we had the exact... More

Sorry to say but it's not our fault taxi dropped our guests to another location. The front desk (doorman) does not work for our company, all issues are addressed to us and solved by us, it's our responsibility. We need time to clean and prepare the units between guests. We do not provide cots unfortunately. A Studio is a regular... More

First of all location is terrific and amenities are fantastic. The outdoor pool, free coffee, work out facility, play room, and front desk were all great. However, from the moment we arrived we had a horrible experience. The previous renter kept the key so we couldn't leave the condo because you need the key to lock up the unit. We... More

Pictures are not from our apartment I'm afraid. It's also very strange to place a review after 3 months of the stay (since May). It's a bit fishy, probably a bed intended review from one of our competitors. More
