We visited this hotel the week between Christmas and New Years. It was very full and busy and I think the front desk got a little overwhelmed. This also made for sometimes long waits for the elevator and breakfast. That said, the rooms were wonderful, the location was perfect and the staff, especially Ismeta at breakfast, were outstanding. Loved this clean and spacious hotel in the heart of Chicago. Lives up to the Marriott name. Very happy with room. Comfy beds. Even though right downtown, didn't hear traffic.
