This was a really nice hotel with great staff. Angel at the front desk was extremely helpful and the rooms were lovely and well equipped. The internet was a little slow but this doesn't matter when you are out all day. The only drawback of the entire place is that the towels were a little small! More

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. The location is incredibly convenient for getting to downtown attractions and for taking public transportation to other parts of the city (including the airport). I had requested a room on a high floor and received a room on the top floor (21st floor), which happened to be ready when I arrived... More

This hotel met all of our expectations and more. The staff were wonderful, friendly informative and prompt with service. We stayed there a full week and enjoyed the daily breakfast, good healthy choices and bacon if you desire. The room was clean and well equipt, and the coffee in the lobby was amazing! I will only stay here for future... More

This was a perfect location for a "gal pal" trip to Chicago. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and offered adequate space. It was the perfect fit for us and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it ... or plan a repeat visit. More

Arrived here late evening, after a very long day and drive. The helpful valet took my luggage, my car, and within 5 minutes I was in my clean and comfortable room. The bathroom is updated, the adjustable shower head actually worked to massage my sore shoulders and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included oatmeal and fresh fruit, and good coffee.... More

This hotel is located in the heart of Chicago's theater district, in a building that also houses the Majestic (now called the Bank of America) Theatre. Of all the chains that offer free breakfasts, in our experience Hampton Inn does it the best. They always offer fresh healthy alternatives to the usual sausage and gravy with diced potatoes. The rooms... More

First time to Chicago and stayed here for three days on business. What a convenient location. Within walking distance of Millenium Park/Grant Park and Lake Shore trail. Many restaurants nearby, as well as CVS/Wal-Green pharmacy/convenience stores for things you will need during your stay. Blue Line on one side and Red Line on the other side - get a one-day... More

Located a few blocks from Millennium Park and the theatre district. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a great breakfast included in your stay. Only downside was there is not much nightlife located near the hotel. More

My husband booked himself into this hotel for a two-week work engagement and suggested that we (myself and our two children) come and visit at the end of his contract. The hotel itself can be tricky to find. It's perched atop the Majestic Theatre on Monroe and has a small doorway and sign next to the large theatre marquee. The... More

Stayed recently whilst attending a conference a few block away at a much more expensive hotel It was an excellent hotel, centrally located with good sized rooms etc. The staff were friendly and I had a great room My only complaint was that the awful throw-away cutlery and plates at breakfast. I really think Hampton need to get a grip... More
