This hotel could definitely be much better value for money. welcoming and friendly staff (in general) It is just an okay hotel that can improve the following: Forniture is outdated so are the carpets and rooms. quiet hotel. very overpriced in general. 1. Earl Grey tea is a joke 2. No room service after 11 PM which is a really... More

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I did not leave the hotel for 2 days. I used the fitness center - there is plenty of equipment to use, but it gets busy early. The hotel was excellent and service was great. The rooms were cleaned regularly. I didn't have any issues to report.

Thank you to the two managers, Michael and Michael and front desk rep, Juanita, who were extremely helpful when my USPS packages never arrived on property. The room was comfortable and very convenient for business meetings on W. Madison although the highway-side rooms are a bit loud. Otherwise an acceptable, business-stay hotel.

Had An amazing time at the crowne plaza in Chicago downtown. The staff was very helpful and accommodating my needs as I wanted to. They helped me set up a suprise for my girlfriend along with order what I needed as well. Clean rooms and a good view. enjoyed my 5 days to the max!!

Stayed here three nights on business; standard thing, just really there to sleep. As always, some good and bad, but no "ugly" to report. First the good: 1) the employees all were super-polite and positive, from the front desk to the bell desk. It was as if we were the owner's relatives, just top-notch service and attitudes; 2) it's near... More

The Hotel is really nice and very clean... The only problem was that we had to call room service again to make them clean our room because they forgot to do it. Besides that it is a very pleasant hotel to stay.. the hotel is near to Walgreen's and Mariano's... Definitely a good area...

I stayed here 2 nights while attending a convention recently. It was okay, but nothing special. The room was modern and clean. I loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The shampoo wasn't that horrible bath and body works stuff it seems every hotel has. The cons - no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker in the room and I didn't... More

We stayed overnight at this hotel in March 2015. We were in Chicago for a Blackhawks game. This hotel was recommended to us due to the proximity to the United Center. I honestly had a hard time finding anything else close for a decent price. To me the cost to park is outrageous, but all parking in Chicago is. As... More

I've stayed at Marriott Hotels better than the Crowne Plaza Metro. No complementary hot or cold beverages in the lobby. The bathroom was totally outdated. The WiFi connection was the slowest I have ever encountered. The only plus side is the location. The Crowne Plaza is within walking distance to many local restaurants. There is also a Walgreens on one... More

Dear TraumaNursin, I am very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. While me may not offer the mentioned beverages we normally have a very high satisfaction with our Wifi experience. Not only do we have a very high signal on our complimentary Wifi, our guests appreciate the fact that they only have to sign... More

I'm giving it a 4 star because I only stayed the Crowne Plaza for about 4 hours. Check-In process was very smooth and easy. The room was on a very floor with no views. I kind of expected that since I made the reservation at 11 PM at night of check in. There were able to give a 2 PM... More
