Sara at the Front Desk is amazing. She epitomizes exemplary customer service. You have to eat at the attached restaurant. The hotel is a gem in Lincoln Park within walk-able distance to great restaurants. I'm taking my wife on my next trip to Chicago.

We had a block of rooms here for our wedding and decided to book an overnight trip the next year to celebrate our anniversary. Hotel Lincoln's staff and reservation system works really well -- from booking the reservation online, to an email check in option, and updates via text... it all fits together nicely. The valets and front desk staff... More

From the second I walked into the fashionable and funky lobby, I knew I had made the right choice in hotel. We were several hours early for check-in time, and I was expecting to leave our bags at the front desk and head out to enjoy the city. I was so surprised when Edgar at the front desk let us... More

So I'm not really the type of person that writes reviews but i have to let everyone know about what a wonderful experience I had at this hotel. First off you walk in what an amazing smell throughout the entire place! You greeted by staff that have already familiarized themselves with you reservation, so friendly ,so accommodating, so genuinely warm!!... More

This is a lovely, somewhat contemporary somewhat funky hotel, that was a wonderful place to stay. Terrific service, interesting place, all leading to a great experience. It's in a really nice area...our room looked over the park and the lake.

Great property and location. Extremely nice front desk staff. They apologized that they couldn't upgrade our room. Only down grade are the slow elevators. We will definitely return to this hidden gem.

Hotel Lincoln is in a charming neighborhood right along Lincoln Park and the lake in Chicago so the setting could not be better. Like the rest of the area, the hotel is an older building that has been beautifully restored. The valet staff was very nice - not to mention the hotel had a special going on where parking was... After I do my research through Trip Advisor, I usually will call the hotel directly to book a reservation. I find it gives me a flavor of what the hotel staff is like and often results in the best service and rates. Well, Terrance at Hotel Lincoln did not disappoint! This man spent a good part of an hour (I... More

Small but comfortable, attractive room, nice amenities - real glasses and coffee cups in room instead of cheap paper. Renovated very nicely. Toiletries were top notch, nice artistic touches and excellent view of Lake Michigan and park. However, parking was $50. Had the option of riding down to another self-parking area for $32. Also, called down to get car for... More

This hotel is in a great location with easy access to the Lincoln Park, great restaurants, breakfast places and a great coffee shop in the lobby. The rooftop bar has a great view of the lake and serves late night drinks and snacks. The rooms are nice and very clean, although power outlets are hard to find and the wi-fi... More
