We flew out of O'Hare and used the hotel primarily as it offered the park & stay. After arriving we were greeted by courteous staff and checked into our room expeditiously. The hotel is badly in need of a face lift, dirty carpet, mold in the bathrrom fan, a poor bathrrom renovation. The front check in was a long wait, due to only one employee at check in. Friendly but overwhelmed more

The friendly reception staff had us checked in and on our way to our room in minutes. The room was a nice size and I am always happy to see a working fridge and microwave. The breakfast staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. more
