Three of us stayed in a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. I'm 5'4" so we didn't bother pulling out the bed (it seemed in there pretty tight). We were amazed with how cleverly the room was furnished to maximize the space. Everything was beautiful, modern, and smart. Not a single inch of space was wasted. The... More

Long and windy and narrow corridors, quarters, old furniture, noisy ac units, small windows and the narrowest room I have ever experienced. No dining or other normal hotel amenities. When they have to list items like drinkable water, you know what to expect. Rooms were clean. I strongly suggest to spend the time to locate the fire stairs so if... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even, as other reviewers have pointed out, the room is very small, it didn't bother me, as everything else was great. Everybody at the reception was super-nice and friendly, the room-service was very quick (max. 10 minutes), and the restaurant was good. The hotel has a boutique-hotel feel to it, and I... More

My wife and I stayed for three nights in early May 2013. We took the $15/night upgrade that was offered to us upon arrival and ended up in a very spacious, well-appointed corner room on the tenth floor. Everything in the room seemed recently upgraded, the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave. It... More

I stayed at Club Quarters Chicago - Central Loop for Memorial Day weekend in May 2013. The hotel is located in the middle of the loop, close to Monroe-blue station, so with direct connection to O'Hare, and a 10-minute-walk from the Art Institute and Willis tower. Location can't be beaten! The room (Club room) was small, but absolutely fine if... More

Like many reviewers, yes, my expectations are met related to location, price, comfort, transportation. However surprisingly, a WMF bistro coffee maker exists for guests on the 2nd floor, where there is a comfy lounge. Lattes on demand, as many as you can stand. Let's just say, I was more than awake on my weekend trip.

We spent the weekend at the Club Quarters. We had reserved a standard room on line. When we got there we were offered two different upgrades. We checked out the standard room which was tiny, so we upgraded one level of room for $15/night and had all the things we needed in a room, fridge, microwave, addition sofa chair and... More

We wanted to be near Union Station as our train departed the next day. Found this hotel on the web with photos. Expedia had a special rate so we booked it. When we arrived we only had to walk a few blocks from the station. Our room was compact but everything we needed was right there. Bed was very comfortable... More

Great location right in the financial district within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The rooms were really small and dark but the staff was awesome, especially Cindy from the front desk. We asked if we could switch for a better room and Cindy was nice enough to come up and show us several rooms on different floors to choose... More

I was surprised how much i liked this place. I was concerned due to reviews talking about the size of the room and the price. Yes the rooms are small but I wasn't there to spend time in my room. The little bit of time I was in the room I had everything I needed including free wifi. The room... More
