Booked this the Friday that we attended Lollapalooza in Chicago. Quickest check-in I've ever experienced. (it was Friday at 4:15pm). Everyone was courteous. The lobby was clean. It was just my husband and I, so we had a queen bed only. I must say, it was the smallest hotel room that I've probably been in (in the US). Very neat... More

Hotel is located across the street from Trump Tower. View from our window was Chicago River and all the bridges. Rooms were upscale and modern. Regular room is small. Upgraded room had a bed and a pull-out couch. We needed both for 5 people. Everything is within walking distance. Check in was quick and smooth. We were pleasantly surprised as... More

The location was great and close walk for all the "must-sees" in Chicago. (Willis Tower, Millenium Park, etc). Lots of great places to eat on every corner. I also enjoyed the fill up your own water bottle dispensers they had on each floor. Downside, the mattress was terrible...old spring mattress, and was very uncomfortable. No way my back could have... Not much to add to the other reviews. Great location embedded among some of the most interesting buildings in Chicago. Check in was fast and they gave me the room early. The small room is just big enough for two adults. Quiet and nice.

The rooms were small but nicely furnished. Check in was automated. Person helping check in was very helpful and the entire process was very fast. Rooms may not be cleaned until 5:00 p.m. Of the three rooms from our group, one was cleaned by about 2:45 (after several calls down to the front desk), one by 3:00, and one had... More

If your a very price sensitive traveller, like vacationers or government employees, this hotel might be for you. For business traveller you will definitely see a lack of services that you are used to in the big hotel chains. The restuarant next to the lobby has the worst service. The employees are quite indifferent to customers like they are a... More

I spent one night at the Club Quarters Central Loop Hotel in Chicago recently and was, frankly, quite surprised by the amenities and level of service. I didn't know what to expect but was blown away by the service and complimentary amenities for guests. The only exception is the valet service. We had planned to valet our car but the... More

The hotel is nice and has a ton of amenities. I have stayed here quiet a few times. On my most recent stay, my travel agency messed up my reservation. Casey to the rescue!!! Casey worked through the whole process with me (alomost 2.5 HRS). She did everything in her power to get the issues straightened out. It all turned... More

I had a good experience at Club Quarters, Central Loop! The hotel was right in the middle of everything in downtown Chicago, which was great for us because we were in walking distance, or could easily take the train or taxi. The rooms were a little small, but wasn't bad for 2 people. Also, be ready for the incidentals charge... More

This was a great hotel! Everything is in walking distance! Only thing the room is small! I guess I had a regular room but I stayed with 2 other people. Besides that everything was amazing! Will stay here again!
